SENATOR PHILLIPS moved  to calendar HJR  6-ROADLESS POLICY for floor                                                        
action.   He  informed  the  committee that  he  plans  to offer  an                                                            
amendment on the  Senate floor that will replace the  words "several                                                            
million" on page  3, line 5, with  "4 million," and  delete the word                                                            
"illegal" on page  3, line 25.  He noted the $4 million  figure came                                                            
from Congressman Young's office.                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS  objected.  The motion to calendar HJR  6 carried with                                                            
Senators Phillips,  Therriault and Pearce voting "yea,"  and Senator                                                            
Ellis voting "nay."
